    We had some soffit fall down over the winter in an awkward high corner, Andrew from all seasons was efficient and carefully replaced the missing pieces. Excellent communication and work for a reasonable price. Much appreciated

    All Seasons re-did our gutters, soffits, facia, and downspouts in early July. The gutters were supposed to slope from back to front, with downspouts installed at the front only. Unfortunately, the slope was incorrect, resulting in water pouring off the back end during heavy rain and causing significant water management problems with my neighbour. I notified All Seasons immediately but it took them 12 days to come fix it, during which time we received additional rain and more water management problems. A few weeks later, my neighbour complains that one of my gutters is leaking a significant amount of water at the mid-way point of the eave (nowhere near the downspout) and dropping a lot of water into her side-yard. I notified All Seasons immediately, and it has now been 9 days with no updates on when the crew will return to fix it. It's extremely frustrating to have two significant problems that are taking 7+ weeks to resolve, all while I need to manage a frustrating situation with my neighbour. I wish All Seasons would take more pride in their work and show more concern for the customer experience.
