    - Roofing project started on August 21 and remains incomplete as of September 21.
    - Shingles and vents were removed, leaving the roof exposed to rainfall, which caused damage to the ceiling and floors.
    - Concern over potential additional damage that we are not qualified to assess.
    - On September 11, the business owner apologized for delays and assured us that the contractor, Michael, would return on September 12, but no one has returned to complete the work.
    - Roofing debris has been left piled on the garage roof since the contractor’s absence, raising concerns about potential structural strain and further water drainage issues.
    - Requesting another employee be sent if Michael is unavailable to complete the work and remove debris.
    - Seeking a clear timeline for completion of the roof
    - Seeking assistance with assessing and addressing/repairing the damage caused by the vent removal.

    **** ******** ***** ***** I sub contracted this roof to a guy who has done roofs for us before however this one did not go well. He had told me a few times he was sick and in the hospital but was getting out the next day and would back at the job to finish. This happened a few times finally after hearing from the customer and asking when the job would be finished I messaged him saying if you can't finish the job I will go and finish it.  He messaged me back saying he will finish it and he did. The customer asked if I could check the attic and magnet the yard for nails and me and one of my workers did. I messaged the customer and he said he was waiting to for a guy to fix a few stains on the ceiling and will get back to me
