5 starsPristine Roofing deserves 5 stars. They are a professional company who work together wi the you to give a reasonable quote. They deliver what they say. If one is given a date and time for work to begin and conclude, it extremely accurate. I dealt with Ash in the past and again now and he is the most respectful, honest and easy indicvidual to deal with. I have the utmost respect for him. 5 starsI had to have my old chimney pulled out as it was falling down and I wanted it done asap as I was worried about holes into the house. I will be using Pristine for my full roofing job. John came out and explained what he would be doing. He spoke to the neighbours as well as he had to set up the ladder in their yard. I had already told them and had their approval. He did the job and then told me in detail what he had done with the photos he had taken. An excellent communicator and very friendly. I was very impressed. I am so confident about using Pristine for my full roofing job now that I had this work done by John. My neighbours also let me know how much they appreciated the explanation. 5 starsPristine just completed project on our home which included the removal of stucco and cedar siding and replacing it with Hardie board and batten. From start to finish,
we were very impressed with professional manner that was demonstrated by all the staff. Communication and updates were frequent. The construction crew was very skilled, polite and good natured. They always cleaned up each day and went beyond the scope of the job by hanging up plant baskets etc.
Follow-up by the project manager was prompt and courteous. We are so pleased with the results. It looks like we have a new home! Thank you!Review fromJoe D

Pristine Roofing was great to deal with from start to finish. Justin, their estimator, listened carefully to what I wanted done and then gave a clear description of how they would proceed. We had some leaking issues that we wanted to have corrected and they got it done.
We had them back to replace the soffits, facia, and eavestroughs. Dave and Bill did the soffit and facia work and were meticulous. Great job. I didn't get the names of the eavestrough guys, but they finished the job and everything looks terrific.

2 thumbs up for Pristine Roofing. Did a siding, soffit and fascia job for us. Job really well done, estimator was professional (and accurate!!) as was the install crew. Super clean worksite during and after the work.
Some delay in the job due to understandable circumstances. The communication from Pristine was excellent.

I'm very pleased with their work. All the staff from estimator to office to on site workers were all friendly courteous & pleasant to talk to. They shingled my roof and replaced the eaves / gables with siding and it looks fabulous. Everyone I encountered was smiling and friendly and very professional. The best part is that I can't tell that a crew was in my yard. The cleanup is immaculate.
