    Just dealt with what I think has to be the rudest customer service representative, yet. BellMTS Smarthome, formerly *** *****, changed their name BellMTS Smartphone some time ago, but banks did not change the name of their bill payment system and today I was advised that my payment of June 2, 2025 was rejected due to that name change. As I was confused where the problem actually lay, I called and spoke to ‘Amanda’ who became extremely rude at my enquiries and hung up on me. After several minutes I called back and spoke to her again but this time gave me a little better explanation and talked late fees which I didn’t appreciate as I had made my payment. She said ‘if I don’t like the rules, too bad,’ and hung up on me again. I called ******* who completely disassociated themselves from ************* and I was forced to call them back yet again. Spoke with Lisa this time who explained the problem better and said they would speak to Amanda. No formal complaint system in effect there whatsoever. ** ** *** ********* * ***** ****** ****** ** **** ** *** **** ** ******** **** ***** *******

    Purchased Bell Smart Home. Added payee Bell Mts Smart Home which is incorrect payee for Ont services. Bell smart home in ONT and Bell Mts Smart Home in Manitoba both unable to assist in finding the 2 payments I’ve made. Bell MTS seemed unable to find any record of payments I’ve made, even with account numbers from my bank. ** ** ***** *** *** ** ***** ******* ************* My only recourse is a bank trace takes 8 weeks and ** bucks each. **** *** ** *** ******* ****** ** **** **** **** ****** ******** I shouldn’t have to pay my bank and wait for a simple transaction. *** ****** ****** **** ** *** **** ******

    I purchased a cell phone and was quoted that it would be under one account number.
    Just under $******
    I have been paying the bill just to find that they have set the it up in a way that I have two accounts and one has not been getting paid.
    They won’t combine the accounts.
    And I am not paying more than I was quoted.
    Bell(******** ****) MTS won’t budge and when I was asked to wait for a specialist.
    I was sent to someone in Quebec that spoke no English and was hung up on.

    **** ******* ** *** ****** ****** ******* They are threatening collection, even though I have asked them 10 times in 10 different email to send me my contract. Supposedly, I have a 3 yr contract with them, that I would never sign up for… but if I am technically in a 3 year contract, I want to see it, before I give them any more money. My services haven’t worked for almost a year now, and I have asked them to cancel for almost a year now, as they are not effective, and the bill system is archaic, but they refuse and just keep sending my bills. ****** ** *** *** **** ******** *** ********** ** ****** *** the customer service has been terrible! * **** *** * ***** *** **** **** *** ******* *** ***** ***** ***** * **** ***** **** ** ***** ******* ***** * ******* *** ** * ****** *** ****** ** ***** **** **** ****** ****** I hope this goes better, *** ******** ***** ***** ** ** ******* **** ******* * *** * **** *************** ******* **** ******** **** **** *** ** *** ******* ******** I just want to cancel!!
