      **** ** *** **** * ****** ******* ** ******** Someone broke in at a conv store at 3 am and they did not call the police at all. Thousands of dollars cash and items were stolen. They are saying that for one sensor going off, they do not call the police. Now, no one is picking up the phone. Been trying all morning. **** **** * ******** *** * ******* *** **** **** **** *** **** **** ******* we are dealing with huge loss and they can't even pick up phone. No managers as per some girl. That's not what you pay for every month. Where is the piece of mind they promised you and they will protect you.

      The company provides an incredible level of service with a great partner that does its monitoring. I had issues with *********************** where I would not be notified, City Alarm-SecurTek always contact regardless of the type or duration of alarm trigger.

      The technicians at City Alarm are amazing both in person and over the phone, very professional and always get the job done. I had a plumber mess up my sump pump assembly plunger wired to my house alarm and had to call City Alarm as the plumber could not get the alarm to stop sounding. The City Alarm technician walked the plumber through a temporary repair until I could get an appointment, alleviating a ton of stress!
