The same thing happen over and over. They will quote you low and after you done the service they will charge you way higher than quoted price. I got a certificate of 50% OFF when they opened the new Salon inside st vital mall but after my mom got nails done. The guy at the front name HUNG who said he's in business for 14 years. ********. He **** **** ** ***** *** starts ** **** ***** **** saying the certificate is expired. But it did not written anywhere. After arguing back and forth he said the nails cost $****** ***** ****** * **** ****** ** ***** ****** *** **** **** ***** ** ** ******* **** ****** *** *** *********** How *** ***** did he get $*** from. Never said sorry. He keep on excuses after excuses. *** *** ***** ****** **** ******* **** **** ***** **** ** ***** ***** ****** ***** ***** **** ****
