    St . Anne’s self storage I went there on Saturday and found all my mothers belongs cover in mouse feces and urine. When I made the employee aware of the situation he got a broom and swept up the droppings. I asked to be compensated for the damage done to the belongs. He said it was my fault that their storage facility is infested with rodents. I expect to be compensated for the damage done by the rodents.

    I’m requesting a refund of some of the $2240 I paid to have items safely stored. But it turns out the storage facility has rodent problem which caused damage to the items stored in their facility.

    Good Morning,

    ** **** ******** the Rental Lease agreement that was explained and signed on the day the unit was rented to him. ** **** ** ******* * *** * it was explained and he had signed that we recommend every client to propped up everything off the floor and we are not responsible for any damage due to sweating of concrete, rodents, bugs etc. and it is his responsibility to take every precaution when storing his items to prevent any kind of damage listed above by using wrapping paper, bubble wrap, mattress, sofa and dust covers, moving blankets, foam wrap etc. that are offered at St Annes Self Storage.

    St Annes Self Storage has Ecolab in place for preventative, outside, inside the hallways of facility, as well in each individual unit. We removed the droppings from his unit once it was brought to our attention, and respectfully apologized, also just made him aware that we don't cover the contents while they are stored as he was mentioning he should be compensated, and we just mentioned that his mattress isn't protected without a mattress cover or blanket. The blanket that has the droppings can be washed as we removed the droppings. Everything else wasn't touched and not physically damaged when the employee left from the unit, and from what we can see in the pictures. it can be sanitized with household cleaner and water.

    **** ******** **** *. In order to accommodate our customers, we had provided him a climate control unit for a non-climate price for 1 year for the inconvenience of not having a non-climate control unit he wanted to go with. With that being said a refund will not be applied.
