    I have dealt with Access Storage twice, the first time at the Elmwood location where I had items go missing , and again recently due to unfortunate circumstances. The cost for the unit size I needed this time was $*** per month. In the process of beginning to move my items in, I received a call from a competitor that I was into. They offered me the same size storage for $*** per month. I was in the Access office at the time and they agreed to honor that cost. They honored the price for 7 months. On the 8th month they charged me $***. I received no notice and when I asked about this I was told they sent me an email informing me. They were never given my email address. They also said they sent a letter. No letter was ever received. * ******* **** *** ******** ***** ***** ****. I thought they were going to correct this, but when I looked later they had issued me a receipt as having paid $*** with an owing balance of $**! Thus charging me $***. I went back again but in the end I am being charged $***. They have wronged me four different times. Nothing but a negative experience with Access Storage. ** *** ****** ** *** **** ******* ** **** ** **** * ****** ** *****
