Jennie G. I have been associated with Jack and C.J.‘s Mechanical for many years now. Over the years they have installed a new furnace, air conditioner and water heater. They continue to service these items every year. They also installed a new pool heater for me which they service yearly too. I cannot say enough about the work they do. The guys are professional, so polite, willing to spend time to chat and explain everything that is being done. Jack is wonderful to chat with and very flexible when setting up appointments. To start off Jack, CJ. and everyone I dealt with from CJ’s Mechanical were excellent. They were all polite, knowledgeable, respectful and professional. All of my questions were answered with no hesitation. I got my 51 year old furnace and gas water heater replaced by these guys a few weeks ago. As you can imagine, this all started out as a stressful experience as no Manitoban wants their furnace to die in winter. The team from CJ’s mechanical was quick, efficient, professional, clean and made it a stress free installation. They scheduled a follow up to return and to do a full a full inspection and to do additional clean up, (which I thought was amazing because they had already cleaned up well while doing the installation). I could not ask for anything more! I have now hired them to do another project in my home early next year. 5 starsAbout a week ago I noticed water leaking from the bottom of my pool heater. I found cj's after doing an online search of repair companies. I texted, got quick response. Jack asked for some pictures . Gave me a few possible issues and costs for each. 2 days later they showed up and replaced the heat exchanger. Professional repair and friendly service worker. I also have wanted an inline chlorine dispenser since I moved to this house with existing pool, but my equipment shed is small and packed with the Heater pump and filter. Jack said they could find a way. So the next day the cj's team showed up and installed the online chlorinator in a great place that allows me easy access to fill it up and winterize it. 5 starsAfter several unsuccessful attempts to have our pool heater serviced by the heating company who installed and regularly serviced this equipment, I called CJ’s Mechanical last Friday. The next day CJ examined the heater and advised that while it needed repairs, it would require a search for parts. Within 3 hours Jack called and provided options for both repair and new equipment. By Monday we decided to opt for a new heater and 48 hours later it was installed and working beautifully. Having had this pool since 1998 and dealing with several different companies to maintain and replace equipment in 25 years, CJ’s Mechanical and the employees we met and talked with are the best you will find. They are highly service oriented, prompt beyond belief and deliver exactly what they promise. Their work is first class and I will not be using another company for our future needs.Review fromKim B

The team that installed the heater were professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable.
