  Two years ago, our company wanted to secure our business and customer/learner data and comply with cybersecurity, and ProvTel was recommended. The ProvTel team, Russell, Larissa and Surinder, were and continue to be efficient, dependable and innovative. They thoroughly analyzed our data storage and developed and implemented a plan of action. Our company now has cybersecurity, software licensing and IT support when needed. We went from "paper-based" documents to virtual/online ones to increase security and staff collaboration. We continue to transition to virtual/online documents. Last year, we had a new project idea that involved our customer/learner submitting documents and requested ProvTel to develop a "Dropbox." Little did we know they would suggest and develop a subdomain with online information gathering and document submission. ProvTel worked with our branding designer to develop a seamless transition from our main domain to the subdomain. Our subdomain received high reviews for design and ease of use from customers/learners and decreased our workload. Their attention to detail and troubleshooting is outstanding. The ProvTel team takes the time to listen and support a small business like ours. Roger and I look forward to our continued partnership with Larissa, Russell and Surinder.

  Smooth Implementation Just completed implementation of digital phone system and organizational connectivity project with Provincial Tel. Came in under budget and ahead of schedule.   Provincial Tel helped *** out in a pinch and we are so grateful for their support. When we were faced with needing to find a temporary space, securing internet became the next challenge. With the support of our landlord through *** ********** we were connected with Provincial Tel who ensured that we would have secure internet for when our program started up again. Their team has followed up and checked in to make sure our needs are continuing to be met.
