    During the conversation during texts i was told the phone id buy was a Samsung s22 plus. the receipt shows Samsung s22 plus. the phone given to me was a Samsung s 21.

    the day after buying the phone off the owner i noticed a glare on the screen that takes up most of the screen. i had mentioned this to the owner. he says he see no big issue with it and told me that the warranty is only for the functioning of it. i told the owner the phone was damaged when he sold it to me that its not fair to sell me a broken phone especially for $*** and the phone isn't a Samsung s22 plus. He said that was his mistake. I have it all on texts and I have the bill of sale. now he is only offering to look at it but I want a refund.

    At HannyMobile, we always strive to provide great service and resolve any customer concerns in a respectful and timely manner. In this case, the customer mentioned a glare on the screen after purchasing a Samsung device. I inspected the phone and did not notice any significant screen issue at the time, but to ensure the customer felt taken care of, we went ahead and provided a full refund.
    The device was returned to us with damage to the back glass, which was not there during the initial sale, but we still accepted the return without issue and honored the refund.
    We take pride in our business and customer service, which is reflected in our 5-star reviews across ****** and other platforms. We appreciate the opportunity to address this situation and hope it shows our commitment to doing right by our customers.
