    Bob’s is the place to go. Everyone is very kind, knowledgeable and efficient.
    I brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic, and when they called me to inform me of the solution, they didn’t pressure me to have them do the work, they made arrangements for me to pay over the phone and pick up my car after hours. About 4 days after the fix, the engine light started flashing se I brought it back to Bob’s with no appointment and they did a lengthy diagnostic to find the root of the problem. After asking me to provide the history of work done to the car, they came to the conclusion that the issue was a faulty part that was installed when my car was safetied. Nicole called me to see if I had any warranty for the part so that I didn’t have to pay out of pocket. They didn’t charge me anything for the diagnostic even though they spent lots of time on it.
    Nicole emailed me the paperwork and provided the part number. Any other mechanic would have gladly changed the faulty part without informing me that it might be under warranty.
    I am very satisfied with Bob’s and I will definitely be back to them in the future.
