    Everyone wants a stress-free vacation but things may not go as expected...good thing we booked our vacation package at J&F. We availed the Disney package and so worth it. Ms. Geisha provided excellent customer service. She provided detailed information when answering queries and the communication is very clear. I must commend the person handling the after office hours as she quickly responded and provided updates on a timely manner. The experience I had with J&F was truly amazing and made our vacation a worry-free one. The work you do truly provide personalized travel experience and expert support. Thank you.

    Hazel from TOUR-EASE TRAVEL was an absolute dream! I have gone on plenty of trips, none were this well-managed. She presented us with several different options and collected details for each in several meetings. She was incredibly patient and when we had finally chosen our complicated Europe Trip, she took care of everything and made it look easy.
    From the packages, to the paperwork, to the flights, accommodations, payments, even the food and insurance or airline delays after our trip, everything was taken care of and she was reachable any time of day. She went above and beyond to accommodate our every picky need and it could not have gone smoother thanks to all of her dedication. * ***** **** *** **** **** * ***** ********* **** our every need was met and we were spoiled from start to finish. We would go again in a heartbeat without thinking twice, and I am always excited to hand out her business cards and would endorse her to anyone. Any sort of trip you might need, she can take care of and there isn't a problem she wasn't able to solve for us.
