      DETAILS OF COMPALINTS

      LUCKYetc. Travel & Style is a travel agency that offers fly now pay later, which means they offer financing to clients to purchase airfare from them.

      On March 4, 2023 we went to Luckyetc Travel to purchase tickets. Chantilly ****************, the owner, discussed to us about their financing program for airfare purchases. We have to put down our partial payment and the remaining balance would be paid in plan with interests. We were under the impression that when we booked that day, we would receive our booking confirmation. But we left their place without our booking confirmation. She just said that it would be emailed to us. So, I thought that in the evening of that day, we would receive it in the email. Unfortunately, it was not sent. From that point, I noticed that Luckyetc. Travel & Style lacked transparency with the transactions.

      My family ***** ******* of 4 members had a total of $******** of airfare price. On March 4, 2023 upon booking we paid a partial payment of $********. So, after paying that amount of partial payment, it left us with the balance of $********. Few days after, Luckyetc Travel sent us the details of the financing plan for the remaining $********, and I realized that the interest is quite high. So, I negotiated with her to pay the balance soon to avoid paying high interest. I even offered to pay a prorated amount of interest based on the principle of diminishing balance. But she agreed for me to just pay off the remaining balance without applying any interest because I have brought to her several clients.

      On April 9, 2023, I paid $********. That left us with the balance of $********

      On May 16, 2023, I paid off the balance of $********* So, it was fully paid on May 16, 2023.

      Since March, I kept on asking her about our booking confirmation, but she gave various excuses or reasons for not being able to give it. Although she kept on promising to give it like, within this week, or on the weekend or on the next week or on the end of the month. Nothing of those promises ever came into reality.

       Please help us demand our booking confirmation (Airfare Tickets) from Luckyetc Travel. These travels of the family of mine and my sister’s family as well as my cousin-in-law mean a lot. It is very important. The price of tickets right now is doubled compared to the time when we booked last March. So, we do not want our money back. What we want is our booking confirmation and we cannot wait any longer especially with her untruthfulness, lack of transparency, irregularities of transactions and inconsistencies of statements and promises. Please help us demand our booking confirmation from her.

      Good morning.

      I read the response of Chantilly **************** towards my complaints. She said that She already talked to me, and that you can ask me about it. It is true that she talked to me, *** **** **** *** **** **** * **** *** *********** *** * ****** ** ** ** **** *****. She needs to settle first all her obligations to us that are written in details on the complaints. 

      When we talked, she promised to settle the matter, but never gave me specific or exact date when this is going to be resolved. I have already seen patterns of those promises. So, what am I interested with now is an immediate resolution.  All want is booking confirmation with reference numbers of our Airfare, which we have all paid off. As long as the these issues remain unresolved, this complaints is outstanding.

      When I met with the customer last week we have committed to issue theirs asap. I also noticed it was not indicated that half of their group availed our financing and discussed with them about our company’s ruling but was not in writing.

      Rest assured all will be issued soon though.

      At this point, We are still waiting for Luckyetc Travel to start complying with the obligations of issuing our flight booking confirmations/Airfare tickets. None of us, 9 customers have receive anything. We talked on July 28, 2023 about it when I visited her store and she promised to settle her obligations soon and I am hoping and counting on the promises she gave. ******** **** ********** ****** ** ** ***** *** **** *********** ** ***** ** ****** ******* ********************* *** ***** ********* *** ********* 

      With regards to the half of customers being under financing, please be informed that the financing was provided through loan with loan provider called "******". The loan was approved and those four customers have started paying last April 2023, which basically mean that there was already a fund coming out from the financing company intended for the purchase of the airfare tickets. At any rate, as per our discussion last July 28th, I would count on her promises. I will update you of any compliance she would make to her obligations. I am still actively in communication with Chantilly ****************, the owner of Luckyetc Travel in pursuit to finally getting her issue our airfare booking confirmations/tickets.

      I would like to notify the parties that Chantily ***************** the owner of Luckyetc. Travel, had made a positive progress in our ongoing transactions. We are still in active communication pertaining to the matters. I would count on her to fully comply with her business obligations to us. At this point we seem to move towards the right directions. I will continue to give further information whenever new developments take place.
