    Our son, 18 years old, purchased some headlights from this company for his vehicle on October 30, 2024 in the amount of $*****, plus taxes, and shipping fees.

    They do not fit his vehicle so he filled out the appropriate paperwork online to get his refund (their website states they guarantee all of their products and this product was said to fit his vehicle). It has literally been sitting in pending review since November 3rd. I have tried calling the company phone number and it goes directly to a voicemail. I left a message and finally heard back from a person by the name of *****. He has offered to send the return label and keeps saying he is “working on it” and says he has sent it but claims to not know what is happening that it won’t process on their end. I have kept the text messages that he is sending to me and have repeatedly requested that he send me just a return address to send it to so we can get this processed. He then will not respond. I have told him I would contact the Canadian BBB for assistance if he didn’t get me the return label to get us our refund. He promises to send it and then does no such thing. Then my son will receive emails asking if he is enjoying his product and if they can further assist him. We have responded to those emails asking for return information but no response. We have the email stating that we will be refunded immediately from the company. At this point for all of the hassle I want the entire amount including the shipping returned and they can pay for the product to be sent back to their facility as well.
