Purchased a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan in January of this past year.
Vehicle was sold with a safety. Picked up the vehicle and barely made it home.

    Took the vehicle to a repair shop in Selkirk Mb and was given a list of all the decencies. Contacted Auto Gallery and was told by the Sales Manager to get whatever it needed to make it safe and satisfactory and to bring in the bills for a cheque to be paid to us. ** **** ********* ** ** **** *** *** **** **** ****** ** *** ** *** * ****** ** *** ******* *********  ** **** ********* **** **** *** **** * ******** ** ************* *** **** **** ** **** **** *** ***** *** *** **** ****** ** *********** *** ****** *********

I dropped the invoices off to Mr *****.
The invoices totaled close to **** dollars.

He said a few weeks later he would only pay us **** only if we signed a gag order.

I contacted the company in Alberta in response to all of this.

    I’m very disappointed in this company’s actions. As we have bought previous vehicles there. ******* *** **** ** *** ***** ** **** *******   ** ******* **** *** ***** * ******** ** **** ** ******* **** **** ** ****** *****

In closing i would like a billing adjustment as we bought this vehicle supposedly saftied.

Hello and thank you for reaching out regarding our client's concern.  We at Auto Gallery of Winnipeg received the invoice that included, along with the service issues, numerous items included that were not related to the service of this vehicle.  After receiving the invoices and consulting with our head office, we agreed to pay the portion of the bill relating to the safety service issues.  Our client agreed and was happy with this amount.  Yes, we included a document stating that we will pay these items as final payment and under condition that no disparaging remarks were made about Auto Gallery and our parent company Auto Canada.  This is very standard as we will not set precedent of continued expenses.  Our client declined payment and the corresponding letter. While we value all our clients and agree to work together in a respectful and cooperative matter, their ability to do so was not reciprocated.  As stated numerous times before, we are willing to work together to ensure our client's satisfaction but will only do so in a manner that is respectful.

I am rejecting this response because:
As the mention we rejected warranty. In fact it was described to us as an
    extended warranty.

We bought this vehicle certified.  Which included a Manitoba Safety.

When a vehicle is sold certified with a Manitoba Safety it should be safe.

Again all I want is my costs which I had to absorb to make it safe to be able
    to drive my purchase.

    Sincerely
    Richard ********
