    *** ******* ****** **** I asked for my vacuum to be cleaned & serviced if needed. Was charged $*** for the guy to unscrew the side & change 1 filter, vacuum was still filthy. He said he took out a partial clog by taking off the hose. When I went back, yes angry & asked "what did I pay for? What did you do?" He could not fully answer * **** ** *** ***** ** ***** ** ****** *** *** ***** **** * ***** ** * ***** ** *** *****. Yes I was Angry, * **** **** *** ** ****** * **** **** * *** ****** *****  ** **** ****** ** *** **** **** ** *** **** * ****** * *************  And when I got my vacuum home & tried to use it, the power head is sticking, not rolling properly & its not picking up dirt like it did before I took it there. ** ****** ** ***** ********* **** ******** **** *** **** ******* * ***** *** *** **** ** **** ** ***** *****

    I'm sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with our service, and I appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.
    I want to clarify that our intention is never to leave our customers feeling ripped off or dissatisfied. We take pride in our work and aim to provide thorough and effective service. In your case, the service performed included unscrewing the side, changing a filter, cleaning the motor, and addressing a partial clog. For the powerhead we also had to unclog the intake airways. The work that was completed fixed the problems that you came in with. When you first picked up your vacuum and we tested on site, my understanding is that you were extremely satisfied with the result of the repairs considering you left a happy paying customer at the time. This is a standard practice of our business and we do this for every customer before they pay and leave.
    Regarding the incident during your return visit, I would like to express my apologies for any frustration you may have experienced. Our experience was that you were extremely hostile and there was not a possibility for resolve.
    I understand that you had concerns about the cleanliness of the vacuum, and I sincerely apologize for any oversight on our part. Our goal is to ensure 100% customer satisfaction, and if there are specific areas where we fall short, we always address them.
    We appreciate your feedback, but kindly ask that you not come back.

    On Nov 19-2022 Sent one of our co-worker’s to get a vacuum bags and when he returned had a hand written receipt for the purchase. Had to go back for the second time to get a proper receipt and was confronted with extremely rude store person and he said it was honest mistake to get a hand written receipt with no tax. * ***** ********. Will never go back!!
