    Went to Tache vacuum. Was looking for a part for my stick vacuum. They did not have the part. However, Stephanie was more than helpful ordering the part for me. This went above and beyond her duty, and she was so pleasant and patient with me. Tache vacuum is very lucky to have her as an employee.     I am always satisfied with the work being done on my very old Electrolux. They are knowledgeable and upfront about what needs to be done. They give an accurate quote. The work is done quickly and I am able to get back to using the vacuum. I appreciate that they are able to fix the vacuum as it would be so costly to get another Electrolux. I am glad to do business with them and hope they will continue to exist. It is rare to find a company that repairs things in our throw-away society.

    I really felt the service was professional. I brought my old central vacuum parts for repairs and the company was very knowledgeable and was able to give me options regarding my vacuum. The service was efficient and quick.
