    I am rejecting this response because there is nothing left to resolve. The installation date was April.15,2024, this is how long things have been going on for. We have been in this complaint process since June. In the span of the several months my partner and I have used our time and money to clean up the mess and patch up the damages. For us the only resolution we seek is a partial refund ***** *** ********** ***** ** **** ***** **** ******* ****** **** ** ******** *** ****** **** *** ***** *** ***** ***** ** ********

    • Multiple calls including lunch hours. Ecotech informed us that the contractor would be contacted. This is interesting because before it was policy that we contact the contractor/installer ourselves.

    June 25
    • Hours spent cleaning and rearranging home. No one came in the two hour installation window. The discussion held with Ecotech yielded that the installers previous would not come, they did not inform anyone. Informed that a manager would be in contact with us June.26.

    June.27
    • No one reached out to us. ********** ** ******* *** *** ** ** *** *** **** **** **** *** ******* ********* ************ **** ***** ** *** **** ****** ******* **** ** - Manager said we can have installer come whenever is convenient
    - We did not respond, but installers showed up anyways. We were lucky to be home. Put everything aside, damages to walls and mess wasn't cleaned up.

    While we truly apologize for the inconvenience and challenges you’ve faced throughout this process, we do not feel that a refund of $***** is justified for the issues outlined.
    We acknowledge the difficulties you’ve encountered, but from the moment the installation was completed, we have consistently made efforts to address the issues you raised. You made the decision to take action and address some matters on your own, but the amount you are requesting exceeds what we believe is reasonable for the cleaning and repairs. We would be happy to explore alternative options to resolve this matter fairly for both parties.
