The team was knowledgeable, courteous, and completed the window and door replacement project with precision and care. Our home looks and feels fantastic, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome and all ahead of schedules! AWD Windows & Doors Specialists completed a 10-window replacement project for our Winnipeg home in January 2025. Everything about the whole experience was great! The selection and quoting process was easy and efficient; there was just the right amount of detail in the quote and it was easy to evaluate. It was helpful to have a physical showroom in Winnipeg to visit and look at examples of products and finishes. The ordered windows were a very good fit for our character home and integrate very well. The installation was excellent, with good attention to detail and a commitment to getting things right including custom fitting. All communication was timely and efficient too. We recently had our front bay window removed and replaced by AWD Specialists. We were extremely happy with all aspects of their work. Making the decision to replace all the windows was huge. We researched many local companies to understand the warranty policy, where the windows were made, cost, and time frame for installation. We choose AWD and we're delighted. The windows are of excellent quality and I know will last for years. Great value for the cost! Wade has over 30 years of experience which was evident by the exceptional installation workmanship. Our home was cleaned of all debris and removal of the old windows! Kelsey provided great communication and customer service throughout the entire process. Added bonus, he helped us to get the windows rebate! Great job, ****** **********AWD Specialists Ltd.

AWD Specialist Review: We have had all the windows in our home replaced by AWD over a period of about 15 years. The workmanship and customer service have always been excellent and the company is very customer friendly. We have been getting the Northstar PVC windows with the inside moulding to match our oak hardwood flooring and interior woodwork. The Northstar product is top notch and still looks as good as new on all windows installed. We have had the following windows installed: 2 in master bedroom; 1 each in upstairs and downstairs bathroom; 7 in sunroom; patio door in sunroom; bow window in living room (4 parts); bay window in kitchen (3 parts); dining room (2 windows) and kitchen window. Northstar windows are fully compliant with Efficiency Manitoba rebate program. Pricing from AWD has been substantially better than other quotes we have received for the same product. ** ***** *** ******** ** ****** ************ **** ******* *** *** ********* *** ********AWD Specialists Ltd.

I finally got my 1970 living room window and bedroom windows replaced, along with a couple of doors, and am very happy with them! After getting 5 quotes on this project over the last couple of years, AWD came first for me for quality, service and value.
