5 starsI want to share my great experience with Ecoline Windows in Winnipeg. We needed to replace a medium-sized window with an energy-efficient one. First off, they came out pretty quickly to take measurements and give us a quote. During the visit, we found out that we could go through Costco for the installation and even get a gift certificate afterward. The price they quoted was the best around, so we decided to move forward. The company was great with inspection before the installers left The office called with follow up making sure everything went well. Very pleased! 5 starsWe purchased our Ecoline windows through Costco which means we will get 10% of the cost back in Costco gift cards! From the initial quote to the installation, we were very impressed with the personnel we met throughout the whole process. Everyone was polite and friendly, and the installers left our home cleaner than when they arrived! Communication with the project manager was prompt and easy, and they were able to accommodate my requested installation timeline. The pricing was very competitive when we got quotes from several companies. We couldn’t be happier with our new windows. The install team was excellent. They were very courteous and professional. The set up and cleanup was great. They answered all our questions and made sure we were completely satisfied.
