Jocri did 7 windows in my house on May 30, 2024. It was a referral from a friend because he was satified with the company. The process took smoothly. When I asked for the estimate, he came on the date and time that we agreed on. His estimate was within the perfect range. He gave me options to choose from which I appreciated. Jocri helped me with my application to Hydro. On installation date, the people they sent me are very knowledgeable. The workmanship is very professional. When I noticed something very minor in one of the windows (it needed window ramp to latch properly), he came right away to check and fixed it. He told me that if there is any problem, just call. We had purchased a big window & a patio sliding door from Jocri Windows & Doors and we are very satisfied with how beautiful they were. The quality of the glasses were also topnotch as well as the people who came over to install them. They were all professional & took their time to install those big windows & door. On top of it all, the payments are very flexible so we can always make house improvements possible. I am glad I choose Jocri, only the best company will I rely my house’s safety.
