    Quality of workmanship and installation exceeded my expectations. My wife and I would like to thank Liliia and Lillian for all the great help that was provided.
    And Oleg and Vlad for their attention to detail during the installation even when the weather was not favourable.

    A few weeks ago Oleg and his crew from Norden Seal Windows and Doors installed two windows, an entrance and storm door. We had our doorway widened and they did an excellent job. We are very pleased with the workmanship. Oleg and his crew were very efficient and did an excellent job. We are very happy with the end result.

    We used Norden Seal for the last phase of windows & doors upgrade to our home. We found the product quality to be on par or better than two of the top-rated window companies in our area, which we used for previous phases (before we discovered Norden Seal). The price was reasonable and the customer service we received from everyone at Norden Seal was exceptional every step of the way. Parviz, Nazif, Liliia, Liilian and the wonderful installation crew responded quickly and efficiently to every one of our questions & concerns.     I really like their services. Team is very supportive and helps with everything when we need help. My new Norden seal windows are beautiful. The installers were master craftsman and they took pride in everything they did. The administration staff of Parvis, Liliia and Lillian were also helpful and efficient. When buying new windows one of my main concerns was that there might be a lots of cleaning, but they were very efficient and cleaned meticulously.     My new Nordenseal windows are beautiful. The installer, Oleg, is a master craftsman and I can’t say enough about his coworkers- they took pride in everything they did. The administration staff of Parvis, Liliia and Lillian were also helpful and efficient. When buying new windows one of my main concerns was that I wanted to be able to wash the windows from the inside so we would not have to use a ladder outside. I have already tested them and can easily do that. We are very satisfied customers. *** *** ******* ****

    Norden Review
    Norden Seal was recommended to us by some friends when we were discussing replacing our 45-year old 5-panel bay window. We met with Parviz, who provided great information and a cost estimate. We were impressed with the product, and the price was considerably lower than the other company we were considering.
    Installation went great, and Oleg and his crew were courteous and left everything clean after they were done.
    The windows look wonderful! We decided to have the panels on either side open up (which the old ones didn’t) and we’re very glad we did.
    The only reason for the 4-star rating rather than 5 has to do with the fact that when we arranged everything in March, we were told installation would occur in 2 to 3 months but it ended up taking 4 months. The timing wasn’t a big issue but I was disappointed that no one contacted us to give any kind of status update until after we followed up.
    All-in-all, we’re very happy with the new windows and with our decision to use Norden Seal, and we would use them again.

    We had estimates from two other companies which were about the same as Norden's, but then Norden gave us a 25% discount so it was well below the other two estimates.
    I'm not going to comment on the quality of these windows compared to the other companies' as I'm not qualified to judge.
    They told us to cover furniture, etc, which we did, but they didn't need covering. In fact, they left the floors cleaner than what they were before they came.
    The workers were polite and worked quickly.

    The service from quoting, ordering, and installation was excellent. Very friendly staff who took the time to answer all questions to ensure we had the right products for our needs. The installation was very professional and efficient, and they were able to anticipate the challenges posed by an older home. The post-install cleanup was also very thorough.
    The attention to customer service and satisfaction was excellent, and as such, deserves a 5-star rating.
