    Arctic Star windows did an excellent job of retrofitting the windows in my A-Frame sunroom. The workmanship was top quality. I have had many comments on how great they look inside and out. This is my first winter with them but have noticed a huge difference in the room temp with so much less heat loss. I did add in the heat shield so hopefully this will keep most of the heat out in these south and west face windows next summer. Extremely happy with my experience. Replacing a few more windows the next spring and a couple this Spring. Great team to work with, customer service was terrific, they look great and are reasonably priced. Getting the remaining ones done in the fall. ****** **********

    We are grateful that after more than 6 quotes from different companies we've decided to go with Arctic Star because they presented the most friendly and courteous customer service, and the best price for a quality product. Another pro was that Installation was ahead of schedule; they came to our place and did a pretty quick job, leaving behind everything very neat and clean. After-sales service was top notch as well; rapid response to questions that even included a second visit for a "how-to" tutorial. It is definitely the go-to company with you looking for a stress-free and affordable home renovation experience.

    Arctic Star replaced five windows and an entry door with side light for us recently. It was an excellent, pain free experience from start to finish. We got quotes from three companies and decided on Arctic Star as they were the best value. Communication was prompt and professional as was their work. They did an excellent job and in just a few hours had everything done and thoroughly cleaned up. Their products met all Canadian Greener Home and Efficiency Manitoba standards for full rebates. Very pleased with everything. ***** ****** ********* *** will be using them again in the future.

    We had 3 bedroom windows, a large living room window (3 parts, one with a screen) and our front door and storm door installed. Alisher was very helpful in assisting us with our selection and offered fantastic advise and options...sent pictures of doors and finishing. When the installation crew showed, they were fantastic...All installed in one day, very fast...complete with vacuuming and cleaning windows. We have an older home and they did a fantastic job of pre-measuring and making sure everything fit to perfect...Even did a beautiful little cover-up job at the front door and the floor...certainly went out of their way to make everything look beautiful....we LOVE our windows and doors. Thank you Arctic Star!!!

    We just replaced 6 windows 5 in bedrooms and 1 in the kitchen. I had 3 quotes, and I chose Arctic Star Windows as i was very impressed with there representative Mr. Alisher ****** he took time to explain the installation in each room. Windows arrived and as planned the installer Mr. ***** and his crew arrived on time and within 5 hours completed the job. The job was very professional and very clean. * ***** ********* ****** **** ******* ** *** ** ******* ******* *** *********** *** *********** I have 7 more windows to replace in the future, I will call Arctic Star Thank You for a wonderful job. ***** ******
