    July 4, We hired JMurray Foundation Waterproofing, Belledune NB, to make a repair to our basement. The owner stated it was a small job and work was guaranteed. We believed the procedure was successful and on completion, paid the agreed price in cash. The following morning, we noticed it was not. A few days later, the company returned, but the employee stated he did not have the correct product and would have to substitute. Unfortunately, it did not fix the issue. We made several calls (never answered) sent texts and emails to JMurray Foundation Waterproofing asking them to return to complete this “guaranteed” job, but over several weeks when they did bother to respond by email, it was, “next week.” They never followed through and left us with a mess. I would NEVER recommend this company. While we lost several hundred dollars, we gained a valuable lesson. Do your due diligence. While I might be the first person to write a review of this company, I wonder if I am the only dissatisfied customer. As a footnote, we found an honest, reputable contractor who repaired the mess and completed the job at a third the cost charged by JMurray Foundation Waterproofing.
