    My grandmother, who passed recently, lived at Green Meadows for approximately 2 1/2 years. During that time I was unimpressed with the care she was given, if you could call it that. The place was always a mess. The hallway was completely obstructed with various objects. My grandmother had a tendency to fall due to serious mobility issues. Staff would tie her to her chair and just leave her there. On one occasion she did venture outside of her room and fell. She laid there on the floor for 20 minutes until someone found her. A lot of the time was spent in bed with the side rail up so she couldn’t get out. This was understandable, being that there was a good chance that she might try to get out of bed and fall. Anytime I visited I rarely saw a staff member come to check on her. She was left in her room and basically neglected. I would implore you, if you’re considering having your loved one placed in Green Meadows, please reconsider.
