They did a water test, came back positive for coliform. Then they tried to sell me a uv light. They were told before testing that we had a complete system installed already. I took a test through service new brunswick and the lab rpc. that lab found 0 for Total Coliforms and E. Coli. while their lab had Total coliform of 24 and E. Coli of 0. I'm not sure who did their testing but I am confident with the government testing and feel they are ******** and scating people into buying their products .

Ivan, I am Very surprised at your review. It has been a few years since we have done a water analysis for you. An A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau is something we take great pride in and have had for many many years. I did not hear from you on your concerns. We are always very careful when making any type of recommendation due to a failed analysis. Yes, you told us you had a system already, therefore we always instruct the homeowner to have the internal quartz sleeve checked as some of them will develop a film on the glass or staining from other minerals in the water such as iron. Most people only change the UV lamp each year and don’t take the system apart to check the quartz sleeve. When there is a film on the sleeve, the UV dosage is diminished significantly in some cases, allowing for a positive of bacteria count. Perhaps you had a dirty filter or film on the UV sleeve that was cleaned before your retest? Bacteria is very short-lived in water, and his constantly multiplying and dying off. This is why it is wise to test your well water in the spring and fall when there is more precipitation and runoff. In other words, you can have bacteria, one week and test the following week and have none. At any rate, we also use the RPC laboratory for testing and we would be more than pleased to perform a retest for you. Your scamming comment is very disheartening as we run our business with much integrity. We have been in business since 1998 with many thousands of clientele. Please reach out to us again so we can communicate and share these service requirements of your water treatment system.
