    I had over $45000 work done on my home this year and need it completed only owe $2500. email I sent and response:

    I am very surprised by the message you sent me last night after all the work you have completed having paid you over $45000 in cash. I understand you are running a business and I paid for quality work. All I am asking for is for quality work.

    J***** *********  Yes, we will fix the Piece siding and the cocking. We cannot move forward with the step until the invoices are paid. Once a job is done, we require payment, and the windows and doors were put in and also casing. My men need to be paid for this job before they move forward. The step is separate from the doors and windows as per invoice. I really hate to do this but according to the texts I ask several times, and you agree to pay the invoices but was waiting for the loan. I been patient but I need those invoices paid before we move forward. I will give you until next week to pay those invoices and then I would have to file a lean on the property. Sorry but I am a business. And also you just keep adding things and keep saying I know it is going to cost more

    Hi no payment yet but we have some siding issues that need to be addressed also the silicon around the windows needs to redone. I also had requested the front stairs to be completely across the front porch which is only completed partially that needs to be corrected. The trim around windows not all done correctly. I reviewed the correct way see pictures .I also paid you for black trim to be installed to match the house in the back. I need to have these areas addressed and front porch completed before I can pay any more money at this time .

    After each project we require payment. She stated that she didn't have money to pay for windows and doors and she didn't receive her loan. Several times she said she would have money and I still continued to do the step. Each job had a invice to be paid once job was received. The one piece of siding we did fix and Also put on new fascia and new cocking. I did ask her many times to pay even a little on the invoice. My bills need to be paid also and my men. I did Say I can not continue with this job until all invoices are paid. I have no problem finishing the step but would like payment. There was a new roof, new siding, new windows and doors, new casing. That money was also material money for that job I did not make that in profit what so ever.

     I am rejecting this response because: I had emailed her saying I would pay on Friday Nov 1 the windows and doors invoice. Good morning,
    I am very surprised by the message you sent me last night after all the work you have completed having paid you over $45000 in cash.  I understand you are running a business and I paid for quality work.  All I am asking for is for quality work. I will pay you the balance for the windows & doors Friday .   I am asking that the front porch be completed by November 8, 2024  when both of us will do an inspection around the house before final payment is complete. Please return my house key you can leave in the mail box

    Since the email I received no response and returned from work the next day to a mess in my yard and all the materials for the front porch that I gave her a deposit for removed from my property again I sent another Hi
    After returning home after work this evening I saw that all the porch materials has been removed.  I gave you $2000 for the materials why were they removed? At this time I am not prepared to pay any more money until we can resolve the issues. My home key was not returned so I had my locks changed Oct 29 to feel safe in my own home.

    I never denied payment all I wanted was the work to be done completely and correct the areas that need to be repaired 

    Threading some one is not a very professional way of dealing with the issues

    We were approached by ****** *********, the business owner asking if we still needed a garage built. Yes, we discussed and agreed on a quote that fit our budget. Fast forward to the last day, Friday July 6th, 4PM banging on the door, which was locked as I was asleep recovering from a total hip replacement. Was woken up by relentless banging on the front do I did not answer. ****** called as I knew she would no problem, however I mentioned the pile of dirt still in our driveway, which she wanted to spread on the lawn, her response was the you have your garage. it was very evident she did not want to remove the dirt, as it would cost. money, that is called your construction site. When the garage was installed reinforcements were missing Walter brought it to our attention that the garage door kit was incomplete, and they failed to deal with that. A couple of lights were burnt out, anyway she got paid, no walk through to point out any deficitcies, the siding also came off of one side, which she said she was going to drop by to fix never happened. Any questions or any issues that we brought fell on deaf ears ****** was given every opportunity to address my concerns, and did not. We got the extra parts and ended having to pay an additional $300.00 to have the door reinforced. Her standard response why did you take so long to let me know, mid August, well we had to deal with KENT Lumber for the parts that we still needed for the garage, her company would not take any responsibility, I guess I am the fool, after a heated discussion she finally removed the dirt, if she did not she wasn't getting paid. Unfortunately she delivers our mail, to a post office box and gives me the middle finger as she drives by. A real professional she is, no customer service, and accepts absolutely no responsibility, I was in customer service all my life, had I treated my customers as she did, I would be fired. I would never recommend *********s Roofing and Siding. -10 rating.

    She approached me as to build a garage. We went threw step by step andnmade sure they were happy all the way. I have pictues and textes from her stating she is satisfied. The reason she is mad is because i would not install the reinforcement was it does not come with the garage door. And it would benextra. I also disregared the 700 fee for a 16 foot door they added. I have pictures of the walk threw and textes from her. I never stick my finger up because I am not a child. And they are never out side. They also thing the neighbors are going on the roof and trying to get in and spy on them. They both done tike in the physic ward. And I am also filed this on court for remaining 5000 in fees they didn't pay. That's is why she filed a complaint
