    My cell phone was drop off on the 30th of Jan to get a battery replace as the charge was only holding for few hours. The process has broken the phone I was return the phone on 31st it no longer worked I took it back to have them look at it as requested on the 10th of feb. it was discovered that it needed a new charging port which I had to order the part for I did. I have been unable to contact the store since the 17th when the part came in. The store is not open my sister which works in the same mall goes everyday and the sign is not open email address [email protected] is not responding phone numbers ************ ******* ************ ********* ***** ***l) have been left dozen of voice mail over the last 8 days no response. I have been left one month without a cell I would like the repair to be done immediately or my property return and all fees refunded. I was never made to sign or disclosed at any point that exchanging the battery could damage the phone in any way. Owner is potentially decease and store closed (there is no sign on building stating such however and I cannot get a hold of anyone to confirm) as I was told they where on waiting list for liver transplant unsure how to proceed in such a case.

    Just to let you know owner of the store has contacted me he was in the hospital for 3 weeks and it would seem there was a conflict with the employee about money and record keeping who left and the store was abandoned as a result. 

    The owner returned last week and has been playing catch up as result I was contacted Friday and today went to the store to pick up my property and got refunded as the job was not done.  

    This is satisfactory to me. It did waste a month of my time but circumstances seem to be genuinely out of the owner's full control. 

    Just letting you know as I cannot input anything into the site and perhaps other clients have complaints about their service with this store. Owner is back and my understanding is he calling all the clients that he has had message from playing catchup. 

    My thanks to the BBB for all of their assistance in this matter but from my end I no longer required anything.
