    J’ai acheté une arbalète fatal x de killer instinct le 26 août 2023 que j’ai payer 729$ plus tax comme je suis blessée à la main jai pu commencer à l’utiliser le 23 septembre j’ai tiré seulement 10 flèche la corde c’est brisé ont refuse de réparer l’arbalète ou de me rembourser

    We have tried to explain to the customer that we will repair the crossbow, but he absolutely wanted a refund wich gies against the policy set forth and clearlt noted on the receipt. 

    We even had the assistant director contact him and tried to arrange a compromise, but the customer did not want to understand that crossbows are not warranties on strings. We have pictures proving that the string was cut but having a broadhead touch it.

    It is very unfortunate that the customer decided to go this route instead of understanding and to be willing to listen.

    With many attempts to satisfy him, he just talks in curse words without letting us expla8n to him what we are willing to do for him.

     I am rejecting this response because: c’est impossible qu’une pointe de chasse touche la corde j’utilise une arbalète Carbon express depuis 7 ans sans problème. Je regarde sur les forums plusieurs personnes on u des problèmes avec les arbalètes killer instinct . Cest dommage que le commerçant ne comprend pas que j’ai utilisé l’arbalète correctement et c’est le marchand qui a assemblé l’arbalète elle aurait dû fonctionner plus q’une journee pours 800$

    This is his string, in any case, not a single crossbow company warrants strings. Also, there is clear procedures in the box on warranty procedures to follow. We tried to help him but he doesn't want to understand logic.

     I am rejecting this response because:
    La logique c’est que de payer pour un bien qui est défectueux ce n’est pas normal l’arbalète n’a jamais tiré juste e la corde fait un bruit de craquements quand ont l’arme. Ce n’est pas normal de devoir payer pour faire réparer une arbalète payer 729$ qui n’a tiré que 10 flèche
