    Have an car loan with UNI since October 2 2019. Have not missed any payments
    This weekend past went to try to purchase another vehicle and upon the credit check it came back that my score was low due to no payments since June 2023.
    I have been in contact with UNI as of this Tuesday. Please see attach email.
    Due to this company admitting their software has cause problems for not able to report to credit bureau I find this is unprofessional and need my credit fixed by them now.

    I've been a customer with Caisses Populaire since October 17, 2018. I never overdrew my account nor had any difficulties with the institution but for a minor hiccup in March 2020 over a wrong exchange rate on an incoming money transfer from Germany.

    I had to file a case with the Moncton Small Case Court and immediately afterward I received a call from the bank asking to withdraw my case and promising to remedy the matter by paying me the difference to the applicable correct exchange rate. Some weeks later the matter was closed to my satisfaction.

    In September 2022 I applied for a loan of $ 3000 for a property purchase, and it was granted without a problem. Technically, the last installment is due on this September 4. But surprisingly, I received a statement for this loan in July, telling me, that not only the July installment was withdrawn from my checking account, but all remaining installments, too.

    It's well known, that the Caisses Populaire has had extremely serious problems with a newly installed computer program since July 6, 2023. Almost nothing worked at the ATM, no bill payments, no account statements, only cash could be got there.

    Consequently, people had to go to the counters for anything that had to be done financially. This lasted, with slight improvements only, for almost 6 weeks. But still customers line up at the branches. 16 days ago I had to deposit US $ 1900 at the counter, and the waiting time was 1 h 20 minutes.

    My last printed and post-mailed account statement dates for June 2023, and since I have no clue about any traffic on my account but for the current balance.

    A number of emails and letters were never answered, and yesterday I went to the St-Antoine branch, armed with all these messages, and asked to talk to the ****** manager, but was told, I have to apply for an appointment, which might happen in the next 4 - 6 weeks.

    I suppose the bank managers were offended by my letters and the staff is forbidden to deal with me.
