      In April 2023, I gave BMW 1500 as a down payment to order a car.

      I was told by the salesperson Paolo Pollio that the car was ordered, but then found out the car was not ordered.

      On June 22 or 23, I was told my deposit would be returned. However, my deposit has still not been returned.

       This client ordered a
      2023 X1 in the spring. It arrived and he decided he wanted red seats. The
      dealer in Halifax had one and he bought it. We
      refunded the deposit on June 23rd. it did not appear on his statement until this
      past Thursday when he texted ***** (our financial serviced manager) and said it was all good. 

      For the record, we did not try to keep the customer's deposit. We refunded when asked to do so.

      The matter is resolved.
