    Re: invoice number 27207

On 2024-01-25, I paid for an invoice for services related to an energy audit for both Federal and Provincial energy evaluation programs.

I was initially hesitant to enroll for the federal program (Greener homes program) because I had a strong suspicion that my upgrades would not be eligible for this program. Multiple communications (verbal and written) with Enercheck solutions indicated that I would be able to get a refund if I dropped out or was not eligible for this program, so there was no drawback in enrolling.

After multiple emails, it was confirmed that I most probably would not be eligible for the federal program. On 2024-02-26, I signalled my intention of dropping out of the program and wanted details on how to proceed. On 2024-03-06 I went in person to the office to reiterate my wish to drop out of the program and followed up with an email, clerk who met me said it can take up to 2 weeks to process the claim, but my initial request was sent at the end of Feb. On 2024-03-13, I asked for an update and on 2024-03-19 I sent the same request to the generic email. There were no responses from Enercheck to all those emails.

To resolve the issue, I would appreciate that:
    1) I receive an update on the status of my request
    2) I receive the full refund for the federal portion of the Greener Home (250 + tax)

    Sincerely,
