    Jun 29 I called Luc Renovation for a quote to repair/replace gutters.

    Jul 12 Luc called could crew start work that afternoon. I should have said no I did not have a written contract
    Install done July 12-13.
    Jul 25 Luc called Will stop uncertain as to time I rearranged a commitment Asked for the paperwork and mentioned areas of concern re facia, dripping He rushed off an invoice. I E- transferred $. Days later a man on a ladder at the front of the house sent by Luc to fix He was in the wrong area

    Aug 15 Texted Luc regarding additional areas of concern, front and back as a result of recent rain. No response

    She asked me to try to fix the overflow in the back but the gutter there was a mess.
    I suggested to install a new gutter and leaf guard.
    After a period, she said it was still overflowing. I checked and realised it's because the way the roof is built, that it was still overflowing.
    I said I can install a reflector to fix the problem. She never brough it up again after that. But she didn't like the look of the reflector.
    She then called me about 2 leeks in the gutters. I came back and fixed it. I tried to address all her concerns, but she was very demanding and starting to be not pleasant to deal with. So, I said, sorry I'm no longer interested in continuing working together.
    Thats why I didn't return her last call
    And I didn't get the chance to see if my repair was working.
