    I recently used the services of Smart Movers and was very pleased with their work. The team arrived on time and quickly got to work. All items were carefully packed and safely delivered to the new location. I was especially impressed by the politeness and professionalism of the staff, which made the move less stressful.     We just had a small job, they're the hardest to find someone for! Moving a combo washer/dryer up to the second floor and setting in place. Mission accomplished and didn't cost much. Nice guys too. You won't find better people for moving.

    Very, very happy with my granddaughter's move from apartment to storage within Fredericton on Saturday, 30th March, 2024. Excellent service and very friendly people. Will definitely use them to empty storage and move everything to Halifax in August 2024.

    We moved from Ontario to Nova Scotia and then returned back to Ontario a year later and I don’t know how we would have managed if it hadn’t been for Smart Movers Atlantic. During several of those months the contents of our whole house had to go into storage which Smart Movers were able to supply.
    Our initial call with Jeff was very positive, he was informative and patient. He answered numerous questions and followed up in a timely manner. We were given dates and times which were always kept. On the day of the moves the crew would call us to let us know the approximate hour they would arrive.
    We had never had to use storage facilities and were concerned what to expect after several months but our boxes and furniture were all wrapped and tagged and were delivered in the same condition as we gave them. I had created a manifest of all our items and everything arrived in mint condition.
    We were amazed as to how respectful all the movers were, they handled our contents as if they were their own items. They were friendly, courteous and went beyond what we expected. They placed boxes and furniture where I requested and always asked where something should go if they weren’t sure. We have a collection of vinyl albums and the one mover noticed and said he would make sure they were stored in a safe location; they arrived in the same pristine condition not one album warped! You always expect there may be a few mishaps but were extremely surprised that throughout this whole ordeal not one item was damaged, not a scratch, not a dent!
    We were so fortunate to find Smart Movers Atlantic, we had heard horror stories about other moving companies but this company gets the Gold Star for customer service and we highly recommend them!

    We submitted a request for quotes for our move from Ottawa Area to Prince Edward Island Smart Movers Atlantic emailed and took the time in the initial email to explain pricing and to give a more accurate quote. We were impressed with the upfront response to our request so booked.
    Jeff was always quick to respond to any emails I sent and was able to accommodate my pick up and delivery dates without having to worry about storage or being without my things for extended periods of time.
    The movers called a day ahead of arrival to confirm pick up time and came as a team of three. They worked tirelessly only breaking for lunch. After a full days work (12 hours almost) they had everything packed. They originally booked a big truck only to accommodate but ended up needing to use a smaller truck as well. They didn’t blame me or get frustrated or mad they just went along with it no problem. Having that day go so smoothly relieved a lot of stress from me and I am truly grateful.
    Delivery was just as smooth. There was legal delays of a day with regards to closing and Jeff rescheduled my delivery date no problem. All my stuff arrived in the exact condition it was packed in with zero broken pieces or boxes, and that is saying alot because we had a TON of stuff! We also had a few big pieces like a riding lawn mower and a hot tub and such care was taken to ensure safe delivery. The team was efficient in working and placed everything exactly where I needed it! All furniture that was disassembled was reassembled and they had such respect for my house and belongings.
    I can’t say enough good things about everyone involved with my move (Jeff, Louis, Chris…and the other two gentleman whose names escape me at the moment). Everyone was kind and had a positive attitude the whole way through which made things so much nicer and stress free for me which after a long, hard process of moving across the country was appreciated again more than words can say. Highly recommend

    I would highly recommend this company. Movers were polite, hard-working and considerate.
