    June 10-2023 put $500. down on a *********/****** washer and dryer set. June 23-2023 paid in full. They delivered it last week of June. 1 year warranty and 10 year limited parts warranty drive motor/wash basket. I did not buy the extra warranty. Within the first month, a screw fell on the floor from the washer and it was leaking fluid on the floor. I called the store August 23,2023 and was told the fluid leaking was normal and should stop soon because they top it up alot and it over flows. (it is only me and my husband so it took a while to realize it was a defected washer.)The dryer is fine. I waited a while because they told me it should stop doing this but the washer just got worse and making noises while it operated. I was on vacation Sept 26 to Oct 23, 2023 and on Oct 28 I made another complaint speaking with ******* Laforest. Nov 14 spoke with ***** the mechanic and sent him vids of the washer running. I called ***** again Dec 18, sent some more vids and I had no reply. January 11-2024 I called ******* again. Called again Jan 22 spoke to *******. ***** called back, has to make another work order (I don't know what happened to the first one)

    Thank you for contacting us.

    All warranty issues are the responsiblity of the manufacturer (*********/Maytag), along with their local representative, which in this case is ***** from DD Reparations.  Please note that ***** works for ********* and not the dealer.

    When a repair is required, we as a dealer offer the service of sending the request to the repair tech on behalf of the customer.  Unfortunately after this step is done, we no longer have any means of knowing what has or has not been done.

    We will however contact ***** to make him aware once again of the situation.  He should be in contact with you shortly.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 21180478, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and I will be following it up with ***** once he contacts me back.
