      When someone does not want to receive fax from us, they need to provide us with there fax number and we will put you on the dnc list.....  What is your fax number to not receive anymore fax from us

      The company, "The Toner Doctor" from www.thetonerdoctor.com keeps sending me junk faxes despite calling in to be removed two times to be put on their do not fax list and using their link (**********************************) to be put on their do not fax list.

      I have a screen recording video of me putting in my information at the above website link, that is listed on their fax, twice, with these instances both being >30 days ago, and I'm still being faxed by this company.

      We remove the fax number when we receive it.... it is part of our politic and we want to make sure that no one will receive a fax from us who does not want to receive info from our company.

      We would like to have your fax number to make sure it is on our DNC list. 

      Again we apologize if you receive something from us and the only way to stop this is to have the exact fax number and we will cancel it from our side.

      The majority of our complaint is the fact that people does not want to give us their fax number to remove.  Many time they say they removed it and upon checking with them, they never receive it......

       

      * We want to help you, but for this we need your fax to remove.  Its like saying to the car dealer fix my car but you dont want to bring your car to their garage.  The moment you send us your fax number, you will not receive anything from us.

       I am rejecting this response because:


      You are completing missing the point. What you are doing is illegal. The FCC specifically calls this out as illegal. You can't just go adding flax numbers to send spam to them and then blame the recipient for your inability to stop sending them. Stop sending them. Period. Dont ask customers to remove them, just dont illegally add them.

      Every fax we receive is reported to the FCC. Do a search on the type of fines the FCC are issuing.

      More importantly - DO NOT BASE YOUR BUSINESS ON SENDING ILLEGAL FAXES. WE DONT WANT THEM. YOU DONT HAVE PERMISSION TO SEND THEM. YOU ARE STEALING MY ELECTRICITY, FAX PAPER AND STAFF TIME. Your business is based on theftPure and simple theft.

      Company continues to send me unsolicited fax messages advertising its product (printer toner cartridges). The fax provides an internet address (www.tonerdoctor.com/removemyfax) where a prospective customer can purportedly unsubscribe from these faxes.

      I have attempted numerous times to have my fax removed from this list; however, I continue to receive these unsolicited and undesired faxes.
