      Can't leave anything less than 1 star. Terrible company, terrible service. They are happy to mail you the equipment but don't give you any help to install it. I had problems even getting my minimum speed that I had paid for (75 - was getting 38) No matter how many hours I spent on the phone, nothing they had me do made a bit of difference. The upped me to 500 speed but it didn't change what I was getting. My TV, **** and phone were constantly buffering. After 6 calls and hours spent on the phone I gave up. Cancelled my service and sent back the equipment. Sorry ******, these guys are giving you a bad name. I would advise anyone looking for internet service do NOT go with Primus.

      We live in ****** ****. My wife has a serious medical condition. We rely on our land line for emergencies The line has been down for three days now. Technician did not show-up. Ticket I opened online has not received any tech support answer. No tone, no service, no safety... but the bill will be the same of course. Unprofessional and unfair. Stay away!

      I have called Primus five times now and each and every time you cannot make out what the customer service rep is saying..The quality of the signal or sound is always garbled and you are not able to hear the person talking...very faint and having to ask to repeat the conversation multiple times.
      I didn't have internet for 4 days and very little response when they told me they would. I am very disapointed with their lack of communication.
      I can go on and on with the problems I have been getting from them.
      I am now considering in changing provider.

      Have the 1 gig plan. Rarely see over 400mbps, usually 56mbps, always having to reboot modem. They should be fined not providing what they advertise. You call Tech support and your treated as an idiot. There are no Senior staff available or Supervisors.

      Terrible company
      I signed up for internet from the ****** kiosk and recieved the equipment
      A technician never came to install my equipment yet the company said someone was sent but no one ever showed up so i could not get the internet I paid for. I tried to return the equipment and they refused in store. Now they have sent me to collections ruining my credit for equipment they refused to even install OR pick up when I canceled the service because they wouldn't install! Terrible business
      Do not get this service.
      Primus is horrible!!!!

      Came home from work for a 2 p.m. installation date this aft. (had purposely called Primus yesterday to confirm appointment. All was validated by a male operator. He further shared that a call would be received 1 hour prior to technician arrival. Great!) ... Left work today to be home for the appointment ... except no one called an hour prior, and no one showed up for the installation. WHAT??
      I then called Primus, transferred from one operator to another, all trying authentically to help. The only thing they could collectively verify is that NO APPOINTMENT had ever been entered into the system!?!? This was in total contrast with the verifying information shared by yesterday's agent, for whom I ended up leaving a great review after our phone call, having felt valued and respected. Oh no.
      One of the agents I spoke with today also discovered that my unit # listed on her screen was INCORRECT, even thought I previously received from Primus my correctly-addressed contract, along with the installation equipment that had already arrived via ****** post with the correct address!!??!! The box is now sitting on the floor in front of my tv unopened.
      I now have to wait for 1-3 days (probably longer as the weekend is upon us) to receive an email for my "next" appointment. WHY did the service agent confirm an appointment yesterday if one did not exist/had not been entered into the system?? My introduction to Primus has thus far been incredibly disappointing. I may also have to alter my work schedule once again to make this work, should anyone contact me. What have I done ... :(

      Worst internet provider. Not sure why ****** is allowing them to work with them. I would be writing to ****** as well. So when i signed up. I was told my bill will be certain amount. But my bill was a lot more than what it is supposed to be. Customer care won’t fix the issues because it is as per terms and policy. But i am standing on the words I was told I will be bill certain amount and no more on Month to month basis. Certainly they don’t want to help customers.
      So the scam starts like this.
      Verbally they told me my bill will be certain amount and after the connection they sent me bill for 1.5 month. Which is not what I want because this way they charge customers more and I did not agree to this.
      More over you have to pay to give modem back.
      In the end you will end up paying more than what is required. They will not change anything even after tries. I am now contacting ****** regarding this.
      My money is not free. I earned it hard.
      I am immigrant and words spreads really fast within communities.
      I say really bad way of doing business.

      I have been a customer of primus for quite a couple years now even though there’s no contract. It is really reliable and cost affective. If you are looking to save some money with good internet, i would suggest you to go for it!

      I had the same bad experience as everyone here. I was with Primus for more than 10 years. My technical issues were solved during a day in the past! But starting 3-4 years ago their technical service became non existing. You will have big problems after a small thing like changing a modem. A month with no Internet! So that's why I do not recommend Primus.
