    Not OK Tire. Not even close. I ordered tires through ***** in person at the shop, for tires, rims and sensors. When they arrived I dropped my vehicle off for installation. While there, I asked if they could remove error codes that were caused by the battery terminal being removed for an extended period. They said no problem. I got a call later that day stating that the rims they ordered did not fit the vehicle and that they could not get the rims I wanted. I asked what they had in stock that would fit my existing rims, I said ok put them on; they cost as much as the rims, tires and sensors I’d ordered, but I needed the vehicle. When completed I went to pick it up. This is when **** informed me that they could not remove the error codes and that I would have to go to a dealership for that. Not only that but that I would have to pay for the use of the “machine” they had to use to determine that they couldn’t clear the errors. At no time was there any apology for their mistake with the tires or an attempt to appease my concern for paying for a service I did not get, with regard to the error codes . In fact **** stated that he didn’t care if I brought anymore vehicles to them. At no time was I aggressive, argumentative or stand off ish, yet I got a ‘tough luck’ attitude. **** gets a score of zero for the unprofessional attitude and lack of customer service; and of course I won’t go back but that doesn’t seem like a big concern there. Not ok Tire, not even close.
