      I called Wonder tire, Coverdale road, Riverview on 25th Mar to ask for a booking to repair my rear breaks. I told them the 4-5 problems that are there and ask them to check if anything else is there. I dropped the car as promised on 28th and when I take it back there are no repairs. they just looked at it and charged me 75$ (*** receipt) , How is this possible ! When I dropped the car in the morning the guy read me notes that these are the things to repair ( which he noted down exactly how i told him 3 days ago, as I had quote from another shop ****** *** ) , when I picked the other guy told me that these are your repairs. I told him that was already known before I dropped the car. He replied 'We do not have much time today to repair'
      So they took my information , gave them back to me and charged me money. We never agreed upon inspection , we agreed upon repairs. You can check the entry notes of the vehicle. All the repairs were already known before the car was submitted to drop. What did they work upon ? tell me the same thing back and charged me the money. My car is not repaired for my long Easter holiday trip. that is another problem.
      They could not have confused this, this was done intentionally. the person who took the car also told me that they will call if there are new repairs. I received no call. When I went back after 3 hours of no call, the person was not there. another person gave me the notes and asked for 75$ for the same diagnosis I told him to repair. Not even a quote. just repair item names. Check the entry notes of the repairs and compare it to post inspection. its the same things that I already asked you to repair. I need my money back please.

      We have reached out to the client and have resolved this issue.  A minor miscommunication between the staff and client. Will reimburse the client and welcome him to do business in the future with us.
