      If you are thinking of buying at ********* Home Furnishing, I would advise you to read this first.
      I purchased a Palliser 41074-51 Whitehorse Sofa Recliner Classic Mocha Grade 2000 Leather Match $3499.00 plus HST and Palliser 41074-33 Whitehorse Recliner Swivel Rocker Classic Grade 2000 Mocha Leather Match $2099.00 + HST in December of 2023 for the total amount of $6500.00 at the Grand-Falls NB store.
      One of the selling points was that I was buying a Canadian Made product from a family-owned business ********* Home Furnishing.
      When I received my merchandise in March 2024 both items were severely damaged (photos available upon request).
      Their solution was to get it repaired.
      I refused this option. I asked for a full refund, which again they refused. The only option that the ***** ***** ********* gave me was to reorder it for me a second time. He gave me his word on the phone as well as in an email that if it came in damaged a second time that he would go ahead and issue my refund.
      The second Palliser sofa and chair was delivered on June 13th, 2024
      Upon inspection, I immediately noticed that this sofa was also damaged. I contacted the seller and informed her of this while the delivery guy sent her photos of the damage.
      I have called and sent numerous emails with pictures and asked for my initial deposit of $3250.00 paid in cash back in December of 2023 to be refunded. I have been given the option of paying a restocking fee of $1575.00 for which I refuse. I will not pay a restocking fee for damaged merchandise that I do not have in my possession.
      As of today August 12th, 2024, nine months since my original purchase I am still getting the runaround and still waiting for my refund.
