    It's unfortunate that it has to come to leaving a negative review and caution about a local business BG Services "Your Maritime Heating & Cooling Experts". However, BG Services will not acknowledge my concerns made directly to them for the services they provided. (1). Hired BG to do a deep clean of my ductless Mini-Split System. Soon after, had issue with fan motor. Paid for a service call, and then labor, and part. The inside of Mini-Split was disgusting when they took it apart to replace fan motor. The deep clean was two months prior. BG didn't acknowledge the photo I sent to them regarding the inside of the Mini-Split. (2). Showed up for appointment 1.5 hours late without a courtesy call. (3). After replacing the fan motor, there was another noise. Inquired with technician on scene, now told a bearing needed to be replaced. My system is still not working properly and they want to charge me for another service call. No thank you BG Services, best of luck in the future.
