    Had the snowblower into RD Pond for maintenance. We did not get our original snowblower back.I’m sure we got an older one which is all rusted. The key,the choke,and to shut the machine off is not in the same area as ours was. Went back and was talking to R**** **** about it. He said he would get the serial number of ours on line and start looking for it. He said I have a snowblower in the basement don’t know whose it is or where it came from. He came up and had a look at the one we got. I gave him a week and half and I called to see how he was making out with finding our machine. Was talking to S****** She said did R**** call you I said no. She said you have the right machine. She said I will get R**** to call you. I waited a couple days and R**** didn’t call me. I went back to see R**** and he said you have the right machine. I said we don’t. We could not convince him that we had the wrong machine. We have delt with them for 10 years will be this fall.Had never had no problem with them until now. Have always got good service. I always taped the name and address on the machine before sending the machine to them. All we are asking for is that we get our machine back. We are retired. M******* *********

    I have been in this business for over 40 years and what we do is when we pick up product to service the first thing we do is use a sharpie and print the customers name on the product so that this sort of thing does not happen . I got out the receipt on file f their snowblower and drove over to their house to check it out . When i got there the first thing i did was check the model and serial number and it corresponded with what I had . I asked her if she had her receipt and she never answered. Then she went on to say that this is happening because she was a woman ..I told her not to go there. They kept there snowblower under an old tarp which would certainly cause rust or what ever . I have no problem trying to help out but this is beyond . Maybe she didnt see it for a while or what but we took back to them the same snowblower that we picked up with the same serial number as on her original receipt. also there snowblower was over 10 years old and they do rust.

    Here is a copy of her receipt along with a picture of her snowblower with corresponding numbers . When she called and told us that she received the wrong snowblower I went over and found this snowblower under an old tarp at the back of her driveway . When i lifted the tarp I took a picture of the numbers to make sure we did not make a mistake . We also mark names on equipment with a sharpie because we found years ago that tags could blow off . Unfortunately this is her snowblower, we have triple checked

     I am rejecting this response because: I did not get my snowblower back. I got someone else’s. This one is all rusted. I can’t see the serial number the same on the one I had and the rusted one I got. I had name and address stuck on the same as I always had. I am finding out that RD Pond is not a responsible or honest .I have lost a good snowblower. I used the snowblower most of the time and know where the key went in where the choke was and where to shut it off. I don’t know why he thinks it is an old tarp.  You can see in the picture I had sent that it is not in bad shape. We look after our things. Prosperity is not by being crooked. The pictures that was sent to me I couldn’t open up. So can’t see what was sent. I need them sent again.  M*******
