    Bought a new Drive ********* 5 litre Ultra Quiet 5 Liter Oxygen Concentrator after few hours of use it is displaying "Need Service". When it was delivered it was not packaged properly as it could have been are return or exchange. It was delivered on 25th October evening and was used for only few hours on weekend by the elderly relative and stopped working on Sunday October 27th

    We first heard about the issue via an email from customer on October 28, 2024 (after hours).  We responded to customer on the morning October 29, 2024 to get further information and to rectify the issue but as of October 30, 2024, client has not responded back to us.  We are eagerly waiting for customer to get back to us.

    Purchased a Walker from Walton Medical on27/01/24. Cost $359.99 Order # ***** Model:******* ****** 23. The rollator broke on 17/02/24 On my way to my therapeutic exercises via Paratranspo, The walker would not open when I arrived at my destination. I immediately called Paratranspo. I managed to get it open and I'm leaving it open, But cannot travel by car/taxi who close it to store.. I called OC Transpo, Taxi companies involved and e-mailed both ******* and Walton Medical. ******* _"not is problem" Walton medial asked for serial #, etc. When I supplied info and asked for a refund, There were no other communication. I tried to get it repaired in Ottawa - no luck

    We have been in contact with client since they contacted us of issue.  We were advised by ******* (manufacturer) that a call tag (return label) would be created for client to have item returned for full refund.  Follow up with manufacturer had been made and we were advised today that they are having issue with a call tag for residential address.  Client has been emailed and instructed to discard product and confirm it has been discarded.  Full refund has been issued.
