      Dear Sir/Madam.

      I am writing today to complain of the poor service I receive from the FOX CHEVROLET CADILLAC and GM MOTORS. On September 28, 2022 I contacted the dealership with issues with my vehicle, Cadillac Escalade, 2016. I noticed strange sounds from the engine. After vehicle test found issue with one of the valve lifters. I asked to repair it. Few weeks after representative of service department contacted us with notice, that damage more complicated and better choice is full engine replacement, that will cost for us approximately 10K CAD. I accepted to do this repair. Since this time vehicle in the service awaiting for details. During this time we also contacted few times the ******* ****** Canada to ask for support with the issue and did not get any offers except response that vehicle is not on warranty any more.
      In conclusion I waiting 5 months for the vehicle that I pay financing, insurance and didn’t get even replacement car for this time. Each day I with 3 kids must to find solution to arrive to school, daycare and work and come back home. Also I can’t get my vehicle back since the car is disassembled in the garage.
      I hereby request to assist with my issue.

      Good afternoon  Due to missing components ,******* ******  supply chain is working with supplier on a recovery plan to obtain needed engine. The latest most recent update is that at this point there is enough parts to cover our case. Orders will be reviewed and released on a first in and first out bases we are closely monitoring this with ******* ****** .We should see availability out come  in the next couple of  weeks
