    ProCare Services is taking advantage of the seniors of ****** Lane, Fredericton, NB. The customers pay a monthly fee for their snow removal and grass cutting, regardless of services provided. We’ve had three snowfalls thus far this month, not extremely large but if you are a senior it is beyond your capability to clean up. The majority of their customers on ****** Lane still have the ice built up from early January. They did not clean the driveways for the seniors nor did they put salt or sand down to allow the ice to melt or crack. This morning a 94 year old lady was out cleaning her driveway from yesterday snowfall of 2-5 cm, in addition to the street plow built up that was not cleared by ProCare’s swipe at the end of her driveway. A good portion of her driveway was still iced up from early January. I noticed that her daughter has been stopping in and trying to clear it up for her mother. This is the same story for other residents of ****** Lane.
    Please think carefully before you hire the company for snow clearing services.
