    Ordered online 2 eighteen piece bucket meals on June 17th. Total came to $126.49. As per screen shot of online receipt I received by email order was to be ready by 5:34pm. My son who was picking up the order was told that where he was 5 minutes late that they had to throw away the chicken and make fresh and said that it would be 30 mins. My son proceeded to wait the 30 minutes, and once received the order the chicken was not fresh. Once he arrived home where we were waiting for him to get back to celebrate Father's day with our family we set up the order to start eating when we noticed that the order was wrong again. I had ordered 2- 18 piece buckets, 4 LG fries, 2 Mac salads, 1 coleslaw and 1 potato salad. I received 4 mac salads. The chicken also was very small and had mostly bones. Fries also seemed recooked. I then called the manager at the location who's name was Leo and told him that I would like a refund. He then said that it would be placed back to my account within 5 -7 business days. I accepted that yet I still am waiting for the refund. I then after waiting the 5-7 business days called the head office and spoke to a woman named Anne who said that she would look into it and get back to me and still has not. I proceeded to call her back and she then told me that I should hear back from a woman named ***** ***** and yet it has been another 2 days of no word from her either. Would like to have some help resolving issue as I feel like I'm getting the run around in getting my refund.

    On November 2, 2022 at approximately 12:14 pm, I placed an online order at this restaurant for immediate delivery. The confirmation email stated that I should expect delivery at 1:14 pm. Although I found an hour for a small order to be excessive, the order had already been placed and typically these estimates are on the high end, so I assumed that it would arrive within that window.

    An hour passed. Unlike other businesses, KFC doesn’t provide any feedback to indicate the status of orders. I had no way of knowing where my food was, but the clock was ticking and since the restaurant is a ten minute drive from where I live, this was completely unacceptable and I called the restaurant. I’m not certain if I spoke with the manager, but he seemed very aware of my order and informed me that it hadn't been picked up yet by the delivery company. An hour and fifteen minutes had now passed, and at that time, I asked the manager to cancel my order.

    It was difficult to hear what he was saying due to background noise, but he accepted the cancellation and while we spoke, the driver finally arrived. After such a prolonged time the food would be inedible and I declined to accept it now, as it would arrive at least an hour and a half after I had ordered it.

    Now, I have repeatedly tried to contact KFC corporate because I haven’t yet seen a refund of the $45 I spent for the order I never received. After two logged email requests and a phone request (see below), there has been zero response from KFC and I suspect they are ignoring me. I hope you can help resolve this issue so I can get my $45 back. - Thank you.
