      I would if I could refuse to give any stars considering that $120 gift certificate was used on a missed appointment and no one no one had informed me that they were going to use my gift certificate for
      missed appointment!! Now I can understand charging a fee for missed appointments!! What I cannot understand is how you take $120 from a missed appointment?!! I only found out because I called to rebook and the lady left me on hold for over 5 minutes and I would guess that's when they decided that they were going to ask for $185 deposit for the appointment so I had told them I had a gift certificate for 120 and they should go ahead and take that for the deposit! I was then informed that the gift certificate was just used because they had decided that they were going to take it all ! I asked where was this in writing that you take that much money for a missed appointment and she told me it was on their website I went and looked and seen nowhere did it say that!!! That was a flat out lie! Now I understand that yes I should be charged for missing the appointment but that is outrageous and greedy.

      Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We looked into this further by viewing your profile and meeting with our guest service expert that made the bookings. It appears that you have had 2 missed bookings of 2 hours each, these bookings were on June 18th at 3:30 (appointment missed), once we called you in regard to the missed appointment you then rescheduled to June 26th at 2:00 (appointment missed). During the initial booking, we requested a deposit as you are a new client with Vibrant, you then informed us that two $60 gift cards that were on your daughters account and should be used towards the services. We were able to locate the gift cards and apply them towards your booking deposit. As per the phone conversations with our guest service expert you were aware that the 50% deposit was needed and would be forfeited if the appointment was missed. Recently we did receive a call from you to schedule a 3rd appointment, during this conversation you mentioned that you were aware of needing the deposit to book and were also aware about the two missed appointments. Our policy can be found on our website, which I have linked for you at the end of this message. We understand the disappointment in no longer having the gift cards available to use, however these policies are put in place to protect our employees and ensure they're still getting compensated for their time when clients do not show up for appointments, which in this case was 4 hours of scheduled time.)
