    In September 2024, I brought my **** *n because of an issue with my touchscreen. The information provided to me was that it would take 5 to 10 business days to diagnose and replace the screen.

    Between the times from September to now December, I have called multiple times for the status of my **** and was told that they either don’t have my **** because it was in a lab or the person in charge of my device is on vacation and not able to answer any of my questions.

    Today, December 28th I called in regards to my **** and they told me that it was unfixable and to come pick it up.

    They returned to me an **** with no screen, just the back of the **** and told me they don’t know where my screen is or the case that the original **** came in and gave me a bubble wrapped half of an iPad and told me there was nothing they can do .

    I use my iPad for school and for three months I had asked for information about my iPad and in this time never once, was I told that it was not fixable and that there was a screen removed in fact, I have never once been called by them for any information on my **** I’ve had to call multiple times and I got no information.

    During these conversations, there was no indication that my **** was unfixable let alone that they would return the **** to me, dismantled and missing parts.

    After taking the parts left of my **** to ***** to figure out how to discard of the remaining pieces, they had explained to me that an iPad left open, can cause numerous amounts of problems and damages outside of what could’ve potentially been my screen, which is why I would like to be compensated for my *****

    There was no bill issued. I had brought them my **** with the thought of them fixing the touchscreen, and they returned to me pieces of my *****
