    In the summer of 2020 I hired Weatherskin NB to replace my leaking roof which cost me just under $10k. I was told at the time that their products were guaranteed for 10 years and should not need replacing for 20-25 years. In March of this year, I noticed water damage on the ceiling in one of the rooms on my main floor. Upon further inspection, I realized that it was coming from the room above (a spare bedroom which was unused), where half of the ceiling had extensive water damage due to the leak. I contacted the local contact for the company (**** *********) immediately to report the issue along with providing pictures of the roof (missing and cracked product) and water damage to the rooms inside my home. Finally, after 2 months of messages, he came and put a tarp on the roof but nothing has been done since. I spoke to someone at their corporate office in Calgary (****** - who has since left the company) and was also told by **** that he was now working with *******, who I believe is the CEO, but no one is standing by their guarantee nor have they made any attempt to rectify the situation although all have told me that it is the result of a faulty product. **** did have someone come and provide him with a quote to replace my roof with a modified one but says he can't afford to do it and isn't getting backing from corporate. It has been over 3 months now since I first reported the issue and I have gotten nothing but empty promises with no plan to fix it or the damages to my interior which is likely also at risk for mold. I am asking for my roof to be replaced and the damages inside my home to be fixed as this was through no fault of my own. The frustration and stress this has caused is unacceptable.
